As the Maravile fraternity, we believe that “Love is the great principle that unites the members of the church on earth with the church in heaven.” — Ellen G. White, Testimonies for the Church, vol. 6, p. 347. Tender brotherly love among brethren is our true identity.
Brief Church History and mandate
Seventh-day Adventist Church Maravile is a local church under the Newlife District, Narok Station, in the Central Rift Valley Conference. The church was established in the year 2025 as a Sabbath School church under the care of Newlife SDA (the mother church). What began as a small gathering of faithful believers soon grew into a vibrant worshiping community, yearning for a permanent spiritual home. On 13th June 2026, Maravile was officially organized as a fully-ledged church by the Central Rift Valley Conference (CRVC) officials. As of that historic date, the church had [xx] registered members who were ready to serve the Lord and their community. The church currently conducts almost all of its services in the English language, which serves as the official language of worship and fellowship. However, other officially recognized languages in Kenya—such as Kiswahili and local dialects—may be used occasionally as necessary to ensure that no one is left out of the blessing of worship. Maravile SDA Church is currently pastored by Pr. Airo, with Eld. Job Ogada serving as the head elder.
Our Vision
“To make disciples of Jesus Christ who live as His loving witnesses and proclaim to all people the everlasting gospel of hope in preparation for His soon return.”
Our Mission
“To proclaim the everlasting gospel to all people in the context of the three angels’ messages of Revelation 14, leading them to accept Jesus as their personal Savior, unite with His remnant church, and be nurtured in preparation for His soon return.”
