- This coming sabbath we will be having pathfinders day, all are welcomed.
- We shall have our 2nd Regular Church Board on Sunday 20th Sept 2026 from 8am. Departmental Heads to forward their agenda items to the Church Clerk.
- Pastor will conduct house visitations to members of Maraville Church as from next week. The dates for the respective areas will be communicated.
- The Sabbath of 26th Sept 2026 will be Sabbath School Guest Day. We are encouraged to invite and come with guests for the success of the day.
- Our Holy Communion will be on 3rd October. Let us prepare for the special Sabbath as we celebrate Christ’s crucifixion and our salvation.

Today is Sabbath School Guests Day. We are all welcome and encouraged to come with guests for the success of the Sabbath.
Next Sabbath we shall have our Holy Communion. Let us sacredly prepare for it.
Our virtual Stewardship Week of Prayer will run form 4th Oct to 10th Oct. We shall have a guest for the week-long event. Let us purpose to attend.
We are happy to present 4 Transfer-ins to SDA Church Maraville. The first reading of their names will be presented.
Today we shall focus on the Library on our Website. Take a minute to familiarize with the documents we have there and how best we can spiritually enrich ourselves using them.

- Welcome to this High Sabbath as we have before us the Holy Communion. Let us spiritually prepare for the service
- Our Stewardship Week of Prayer is from tomorrow 4th to 10th Oct. It shall be done virtually from 8pm to 9pm. Let us purpose to join.
- Pastor will continue with the house visitations to members of Maraville Church tomorrow. Be available.
- Transfers in: Names of 4 who requested to be transferred to SDA Church Maraville as approved by Church Board are to be read and recommended to be passed by the Business Meeting.
- Church Board to have a brief meeting today immediately after lunch. Let all members purpose to attend.

1. Spirit of Prophecy Sabbath
Welcome to our Spirit of Prophecy Sabbath. The testimony of Jesus Christ is at the heart and purpose of all true prophecy. As we worship today, may our prophetic understanding point us directly to Jesus Christ and draw us into a deeper relationship with God. May this worship experience strengthen our faith and bring us closer to Him.
2. Pastor’s Appreciation Sabbath – 24th October 2026
Next Sabbath, 24th October 2026, will be our Pastor’s Appreciation Sabbath. We shall join other members of the district at Newlife SDA Church for this special occasion. Let us purpose to attend and show our appreciation for our pastor’s dedicated service. May we be encouraged by Galatians 6:6:
“Let the one who is taught the word share all good things with the one who teaches.”
Let us participate wholeheartedly as we honour and appreciate our pastor.
3. Church Board Meeting – 25th October 2026
Our regular Church Board meeting will be held tomorrow, Sunday, 25th October 2026. All board members are encouraged to attend and observe time.
4. Membership Transfers In
The Church Board has considered and recommended the following three individuals for membership at SDA Church Maraville. Their names are hereby presented to the Church Business Meeting for approval:
- Boniface Koi
- Lorna Apolo
- Beatrice Kemunto
We look forward to welcoming them into our church family upon approval.
5. Wedding Invitation
Brother Kenneth Abiero cordially invites the church to his wedding, scheduled for 6th December 2026 at Newlife SDA Church. Let us join him in celebrating this special milestone and support him as we prepare for the big day.
6. Sabbath Lunch Programme
We have adopted a new strategy for our Sabbath Lunch Programme. Let us continue supporting this initiative through our participation, contributions, and cooperation to ensure its success.
7. Special Prayer Session
We shall have a solemn moment of prayer for the sick, those who are bereaved, members facing various challenges and needs, and our children who are candidates. This session will be led by the Personal Ministries Leader.
Let us unite in prayer, trusting God to provide comfort, healing, strength, and guidance according to His will.
